02 Jan Kimberly Mercer
The built environment is a fluid and ever changing place. It is my mission as an Architect to sculpt and guide that change for the benefit of the people that will inhabit the space.
As a Project Manager and Project Architect, Kimberly Mercer brings an organized approach to programming, planning, and design, with a deep understanding of the elements necessary to produce construction documents. She takes great pride in helping clients define and realize their project desires, from the earliest phases to move-in and beyond.
Her extensive experience with programming and planning has given her an insight into how critical it is to every project. From conceptual programming to the functional relationship of spaces, Kimberly believes that this step provides a necessary foundation for all exceptional projects.
Kimberly’s 18 years of experience includes multiple award-winning projects, with project types including campus master plans, new construction, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and commercial interiors. Across all these types and sizes of projects, she has found that collaboration between architect/designer, client, and the project team is vital to the success of any project. By keeping open lines of communication, she establishes relationships with clients that last well beyond successful project completions.
