Krystal Torres’ ethos can be summed up by her dedication to organizational integrity. As Operations Director at PDR, she takes the utmost care and discretion in her duties, leveraging her 16 years of experience to strengthen PDR’s operations.
Her passion for empowering organizations began with an innate fascination sparked by her mother's career as an accountant in a large corporation. Seeing the power of her mother’s work ignited a passion that propelled Krystal towards her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and later, her Master of Science in Accounting from Sam Houston State University.
Despite her roots in accounting, she embraced the challenge of leading operations, demonstrating her adaptability and capacity for growth in a dynamic field.
Krystal also leverages her skills to serve her community, serving as the board treasurer of 22q Texas, a non-profit organization that seeks to raise awareness around genetic disorders related to DiGeorge syndrome.
Over the past 5 years, she has played an instrumental role in fostering its financial growth and expanding its leadership team.
