TechSpace is a coworking office that inspires creatives within its beautifully modern 46,000 square foot walls located in the middle of Houston’s Energy Corridor. Upon entrance through the glass doors, tenants are greeted with the bright green bold phrase “Bayou City” in the reception area.

Walking throughout the central hallways, tenants are transported into the heart of Houston areas. Each area of the office is easily identifiable, divided into Houston “neighborhoods” making the office simple to navigate. The lively color palate for each neighborhood, large windows, modern feel, signage, and local touch foster an original design.

The amenity areas are shared public places for relaxing, work and collaboration. The main gathering hub is located in the middle of the office configured like an amphitheater wrapped by stairs. The main hub is embedded with technology next to the main break area where people can host evening events, presentations, or simply gather for work.

While the hub areas are multifunctional, TechSpace also offers modular seven-person suites. Pocket doors slide in and out of the walls to make separate or open space. Hub spaces, break areas, conference rooms, mother rooms, focus rooms, and bathrooms are all strategically located around the suites for easy access to all.

Easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, embedded technology parts, multi-use hub spaces, flexible suites, and amenity spaces make TechSpace the perfectly designed office to encourage productivity and innovation, creating a positive experience for workers.
