Beck Redden envisioned a workplace that would feel unmistakably theirs while bringing new energy to the way their people work, connect, and thrive. Through PDR’s visioning process, employee experience, well-being, and technology emerged as key opportunities to create a workplace that supports both the firm’s culture and its future.

The new workplace brings more choice to the workday. Private offices support focused work while a variety of collaborative spaces encourage conversation, mentorship, and connection. Flexible settings make it easy to shift between individual and team activities, while integrated technology keeps people connected wherever work happens.

The design itself is bright, warm, and welcoming. Abundant daylight, natural materials, thoughtful textures, biophilic elements, and moments of intentional color create an environment that feels fresh without being trendy.
