Connecting Near, and Far

Assurant’s new regional hub in The Woodlands, Texas is designed to connect people—to the surrounding community, to nature and, most importantly, to each other.

Inspired by the openness of the Texas landscape, the design draws from wide fields of wildflowers, winding roads and uninterrupted skies. The result is a workplace that feels authentic to its setting while creating a strong sense of community within.

More than an office, the new Assurant workplace is a hub for connection and innovation. Spaces are designed to encourage conversation, strengthen relationships and create opportunities for new ideas to emerge. Training and collaboration are woven into the workplace, empowering teams to learn from one another and find the best path forward for their clients.

Just as Assurant helps automotive dealerships navigate change, grow their businesses and prepare for what comes next, its new workplace is designed to do the same for its people—creating an environment that brings teams together and supports them well into the future.
