WHAT YOU’ll BE DOING:
As a Project Administrator, you will work in our fast-paced, highly collaborative workplace design and consulting firm as an integral part of our project team. From day 1, you will dive right in and be able to work in all aspects of project administration, supporting our Principals and Project Managers in coordinating, scheduling, and organizing projects.
Once selected to join our team, you will:

Meet with project Principals weekly, if not daily, on project progress and administrative needs.

Act as a liaison between the Principal and the business operations team to stay abreast of project budgeting changes, fee usage,
staffing utilization, and project marketing information.

Maintain and manage new business development contacts and opportunities in CRM.

Assist in the development of work authorizations and project schedules.

Create and maintain all project plans in Microsoft Dynamics AEC360 to keep project schedules and resource hours current and
organized.

Track receipts, create, and submit Principal expense reports.

Track and manage project expenses and fee.

Key Qualifications
-
5-7 years of experience in a project administration or administrative role
-
Proficient in Deltek Vision planning, Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Dynamics

Experience working in the AEC industry preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Deadline driven and dependable
