Programming + Portfolio Planning
Creating order from chaos can be daunting, but with the right tools and the proper perspective everything falls into place.
As a Senior Consultant, Garner Pagel utilizes data analytics to solve complex problems. Garner’s distinct ability to develop and deliver quality products through creative thinking, innovative design planning, and analytical and rational decision making positions him as a critical-thinking component on project teams. By examining both high-level macro data as well as intricate microdata, he ultimately guides clients to determine their company’s most essential business needs, goals, and constraints as they plan for their new workspace. Garner defines a planning basis, validates the lead strategy, finalizes zoning strategies, refines project parameters, creates stacking diagrams, and develops floor planning.
Garner works closely with client business units to understand their specific needs and communicate with senior leaders and executives. Garner led the microprogramming effort for the Dominion Energy Campus. Efforts include onboarding business representatives, collecting and validating headcount, specialty spaces, adjacency requirements, and ultimately compiling final requirements for each business unit. Recently, Garner created collection tools and provided data management for the ExxonMobil-XTO Energy migration project.
