As a Real Estate & Occupancy Planning Consultant, you will be working in our fast-paced, highly collaborative workplace consulting and design firm. In this strategic role, you will manage and coordinate complex real estate planning projects, including Master, Portfolio, and Occupancy Planning. You will lead our planning projects to guide our clients and PDR teams through the strategy, planning, and implementation phases. Your responsibilities in the role will include strategic planning, scenario development, data collections, and reporting. You will also be the liaison and expected to communicate strategies through effective client communications, meeting coordination, and documentation delivery.
