What you’ll be doing:

As the Business Development Director for Dallas, you will play a key role in growing our Dallas community, creating and maintaining client relationships, executing our marketing strategy, and assisting in sales opportunities. Working closely with the Partners at the firm, you will be integral to the success of our Dallas team.

Once selected to join our team, you will:

  • Develop new client relationships by identifying opportunities in key service areas, establishing and building a base of company contacts within those organizations.
  • Develop and generate leads through networking events, one on one meetings, and group presentations.
  • Maintain the information in the firm’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Maintain existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to prepare and deliver qualifications and proposal documents.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of business development core competencies, and have a full understanding of relevant services, processes, systems, and procedures of design/consulting.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design (Marketing and/or Business Degree)
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales or new business development in the AEC industry.
  • CRM experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills are essential.
  • Excellent follow-through and team collaboration.
