The heart of MRZ is the people, both clients and employees, and the culture is the pulse. MRZ’s culture is one that works hard, plays hard, and thinks harder. All of these elements came together to create three distinct zones: the MRZ Social Club, the work bays, and meeting zones which reinforce MRZ’s culture and business aspirations. Through a cohesive and unified strategy and design approach, PDR was able to relocate and consolidate MRZ. The new design embraces openness and collaboration, a playful community culture, and enriches business performance with new technology and areas to think critically.
