What you’ll be doing:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide general marketing support for the firm’s overall Marketing Strategy and strategic goals. You will work with our marketing team to implement and execute various marketing efforts associated with expanding our brand presence. Your duties will include assisting in market research efforts, creating, and managing multiple marketing campaigns, and working with the marketing team on initiatives across various marketing channels.

As the Marketing Coordinator, your success is tied to your ability to key in on every detail of multiple projects at once and ensure they are successful and meet deadlines. To be a master of this role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels, an eye for quality design, extreme attention to detail, and the passion and drive to learn in a dynamic environment. You are also fun, have a knack for creating content, love collaborating, and keep projects moving!

Once selected to join our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop projects and initiatives that will help support the PDR vision
  • Create marketing content and copy within given deadlines for campaigns across our digital platforms, including email, website, social media, and print.
  • Be ready to take the initiative and accountability for all projects; you are a resourceful and disciplined self-starter.
  • Stay up to date on current industry speaking engagements, special events, and conferences and help identify which ones fit best into the overall marketing strategy
  • Assist in planning and gathering resources and materials for video/photoshoots, marketing events, and other internal company events
  • Updating Microsoft Dynamics CRM database and pulling reports weekly as needed
  • Collaborate with project teams to collect project data as needed.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a general Marketing role
  • An extremely high attention to detail and impeccable organization skills
  • Exceptional communication skills. Written and Verbal
  • Excellent time management skills. You can successfully juggle multiple deadlines driven projects at once and keep track of all stakeholders Involved
  • Basic knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including google analytics, email marketing, social media management, SEM
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment in an open office
  • Must be experienced in basic Excel, Word, PPTX and Outlook skills
  • Basic graphic and multimedia design skills
  • A passion for design and/or working with creatives
  • Knowledge of CRM data management a plus
  • Graphics capability in Adobe CS/InDesign a plus
  • Experience working with Mailchimp is a plus
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ads a huge plus
