Kelly Baughman is a Business Transition Management Specialist who focuses on changes to an organization’s workplace. For over 20 years, she has studied the current needs and future forecasts of organizations, investigated desired workplace performance objectives, and delivered strategic solutions to clients to ensure that the real estate portfolio is delivering its highest value.

Kelly also leads a team that is specialized in developing and implementing Workplace Change Management for clients undergoing changes to their work environment. The team understands that change is personal and individuals move through it at different paces. The goal of Kelly’s team is to help decrease disruption, maintain productivity, minimize resistance, harness the energy of anticipation and create positive forward momentum so that employees will experience a notable and productive first day of business in a new work environment. She has developed and supported successful Change Management Programs for large and small scale projects both domestically and abroad. Her teams have managed multiple pilot projects that have resulted in large scale efforts to transform the client’s entire workplace portfolio.

Kelly also plays a key role in client migration efforts including the collection of data identifying who is moving, the sequence of their move, and a detailed inventory of their equipment and furniture. Among her many accomplishments, she facilitated the global corporate migration for ExxonMobil involving 12,000 moves in 29 different countries during the first 16 weeks following the merger. For ConocoPhillips, she coordinated the migration of 4,000 moves in three U.S. cities. Kelly’s recent projects include leading the portfolio planning, change management, and migration planning efforts for a long term business transition project for ExxonMobil’s Houston Campus.

Kelly is a Principal at PDR and is certified in Cultural Transformation with the internationally renowned Barrett Values Center.  Kelly is a Founding Member of the Association of Change Management Professionals and has served on the Texas Board in several roles. She is certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology and also certified in the Prosci Train-the-Trainer Program. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
