Kelley Hendrickson Associate Principal

As an Associate Principal, Kelley provides strategic and operational leadership for Human Resources and Business Operations. She leads the implementation of operational strategies, best practices, policies, and procedures that support the mission and vision of PDR.
Kelley's career has a focus in leadership coaching, development, and counseling with the end goal of driving high performance, innovation, and engagement for PDR. She believes in strengths based leadership and the idea that the HR team does not “police employees," but functions as an employee advocate and trusted liaison between the leadership team and the overall staff.
Kelley develops and facilitates successful internal leadership trainings for up and coming leaders. She has designed employee engagement surveys, feedback reviews and conducted workforce and succession planning assessments. Partnering with Executive Leadership, she implements competency and skill mapping, employee development opportunities and training initiatives. She conducts internal reviews for employees and is responsible for staffing and building all project teams at PDR.
Kelley received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Houston. Kelley is also a Certified Senior HR Professional (SPHR), maintains a Senior Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP), and is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
