A team of PDR’s workplace consultants led by Principals Wayne Braun and Lauri Lampson continues to perform long-term strategic planning for Invesco, a leading independent global investment manager.
Strategic planning for Invesco’s offices in Toronto, Dallas, Boston and Houston will help define the company’s future workplace requirements and develop real estate plans to accomplish its long-term business goals.
PDR’s strategic planning process examines changes in an organization’s workforce population and how it works by group or department. It evaluates the evolution of the overall organization, the potential for new or reorganized business groups and how they will best fit into the workplace. The process also spotlights the company’s hiring and retention efforts and provides recommendations on how to create progressive workplaces that encourage greater collaboration and enhance integration of work and communications technologies.
Besides providing strategic planning, PDR has been engaged by Invesco to perform a re-stack and re-design of the company’s 450,000-square-foot Houston office, a process designed to eliminate workplace “pockets” and create a more efficient and effective use of the company’s space.
The four Invesco offices total more than 600,000 square feet of space. PDR also performed long-term strategic planning for Invesco’s Louisville office in 2008.
