PROS, a world leader in profitability management and optimization software solutions, has engaged Planning Design Research to provide strategic planning and workplace design services for the company’s re-designed and expanded Houston office.
Located on three floors spanning 75,000 square feet, the PROS office at 3100 Main serves as a workplace for its sales, marketing and programming professionals as well as a venue for customer product demonstrations.
Planning Design Research is re-designing the PROS public areas on floor 9, including the elevator lobby, reception and customer conference rooms, and upgrading conference rooms and the employee break room on floor 10. Its new, seventh-floor space will be designed in an open plan to accommodate future growth.
The project is scheduled for completion by September. The company is expected to employ 425 by year-end 2012.
