What you’ll be doing:

As a graphic designer and content creator, you will create, improve, and maintain marketing content aligned with our business goals and marketing strategies. As an experienced and detail-oriented graphic designer with demonstrable creative writing skills, you will optimize our written content and brand consistency.

Once selected to join our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
  • Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
  • Create marketing collateral using Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of our external communications.
  • Produce drafts for review by leadership and make revisions based on the feedback received.
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Graphic design
  • 5-8 years of experience in a marketing graphics communication role
  • Proven experience as a content writer with excellent writing skills are a must
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Web Design experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Detail Oriented
  • A collaborator who listens to understand first
  • An excellent storyteller with the ability to always help connect the dots
