What you’ll be doing:

The contract analyst will provide contract review and coordination. This person will work closely with PDR’s contract compliance attorney and with a variety of staff – architects, designers, consultants, accounting, HR, Marketing, and technical experts – to ensure that projects and work authorizations are set up and maintained under the conditions of the contract.

Once selected to join our team, you will:

  • Contract administration role will support the project and project accounting teams in processing architecture, design and consulting contracts, along with creating an organizational setup for ease of administration.
  • Coordinate and liaison with accounting and various project teams to ensure proper payments based on contract requirements.
  • Educate the project managers and team members on the terms of the contract and risk management.
  • Conduct thorough review of professional service contracts and project documentation to assess risks and compliance with PDR’s contracting policies, procedures and insurance program.
  • Support proposal activity as necessary regarding contract language, compliance and insurance requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from Project leaders and other leadership in the areas of risk and compliance.
  • Review specialty contracts including, general business contracts, event venue contracts, office leases, technology contracts.
  • Work with summarizing client contracts, and prepare contract briefs, along with working with the corporate controller to ensure best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of board items relating to contracts.
  • Responsible for all activities required to authorize contract approvals.
  • Develop and implement a system for managing and tracking contracts.
  • Ensure that proper documentation is obtained per the contract; including insurance certificates etc.

Key Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the requirements listed below to be considered:

  • Must have completed their third year of an undergraduate program.
  • Must have completed their first year of a graduate program.
  • Completed undergraduate program and are entering an accredited graduate program.
