Marc Bellamy Associate Principal
“We come to the table with lots of questions to find out what the client really needs, and we will put in the extra time and research to develop a design solution that fits those needs.”
Marc is an Associate Principal and Partner at PDR with over 15 years of experience in corporate interiors, base building design and real estate development. Throughout his time with PDR, Marc has worked on numerous projects for ExxonMobil, Murphy Oil, Vitol, and many other varied clients, coordinating ongoing work and delivering high-performance workplace solutions. As a Project Manager, Marc has overseen in-house teams as well as numerous consultants and contractors - ensuring that communication about the progress of a project flows between all parties involved.
As a Project Manager for Midway Companies, Marc oversaw the development of a large-scale Houston lifestyle center which included numerous office spaces, retailers, hotels, and restaurants. As the property’s representative, Marc worked diligently with community and governmental officials, building code authorities, contractors, design consultants and MEP engineers in an effort to ensure that the design vision for the center was fully realized.
Marc’s history in real estate development and base building design allows him to bring a unique perspective to his client’s workplace projects. Marc thinks outside the boundaries of the tenant space to find efficiencies and opportunities that benefit his client’s budget, schedule and employees. Marc’s skillful communication with all members of a project team and his dedication to high-quality work has made him an asset to PDR.
With his experience as a Project Manager and Architect, Marc applies his knowledge of programming, design, documentation and construction administration in every way necessary to ensure an exceptional finished product.
