Design Director at PDR, Jackie Wheat leads and develops the interior design and visual communications teams. Her work transforms program and strategy into thoughtful design solutions tuned to enrich each client’s vision, identity and culture. Jackie approaches place making from the inside out—connecting people to purpose through designs that inspire. She cultivates her professional relationships with the same responsibility and intentionality she brings to her designs. The resulting built environments demonstrate her holistic vision of affecting positive change for individuals, teams and organizations through design.
As a Principal with PDR, Kelly leads the Business Consulting team. She studies the current needs and future forecasts of an organization, investigates desired workplace performance objectives, and delivers strategic solutions to clients to ensure that the real estate portfolio is delivering its highest value. Kelly impacts what matters most in an organization, the employees. She is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Global
organization. Kelly is certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology and Prosci’s Train-the-Trainer Program.
As a designer with PDR Julie aids in proposal preparation, schematic design and design development. Julie's responsibilities include overseeing construction documents and assisting in managing the process of construction administration. Additionally, Julie meticulously engages in programming and test fitting buildings. She is an innovator with a passion for architecture. Throughout Julie's professional career, she has had the privilege to work on historical preservation, commercial, civic, higher education, residential and healthcare projects. Julie strives to work in a functional manner that allows for optimal productivity and forward thinking.
