On October 6, 2016, Houston Business Journal (HBJ) shared photos and a write up titled “Tour ConocoPhillips’ new digs at Energy Center Three”. PDR is proud to have been the designer for the energy company’s interiors of Energy Center Three which houses ~1,100 ConocoPhillips employees.
The article which describes the new space as “clean, modern and minimalistic” is a 546,000-square-foot tower at 925 N. Eldridge Parkway. “ConocoPhillips occupies the entire building, which it rents from developer Trammell Crow Co., for its lower-48 business unit employees. A fair portion of the workspaces at Energy Center Three are open-concept. The ratio of open-concept workspaces to closed offices stands between 40:60 and 25:75. Offices and open-concept workspaces line the exterior of the floor, too, so a workspace is never truly away from natural light,” states HBJ.
