PDR to Host Forum Focused on Employee Investment

As the way people work continues to evolve, it is important to create a dialogue regarding the workplace strategies that will shape the workplace of the future.

The most important asset of any company is its people, and the workplace of the future will target investments in “place” that will lead to higher employee engagement and productivity. On September 23rd and 24th, PDR will hold Perspectives 2015, an invitational forum aimed to spark an exchange of ideas about the future of workplace strategy, specifically fostering high return on people investments.

PDR’s Workplace Performance Practice, a leader in workplace strategy, is excited to provide a discussion platform that expands the collective knowledge of workplace strategy leaders and encourages them to share their insight and experiences.

“It is our pleasure to host and curate this thought leader experience looking at Workplace Strategy’s Return on People,” said Jill Duncan, PDR’s Workplace Performance Practice Lead, “The event promises to be lively, fun and informative. A learning escape to refuel the mind.”

Workplace strategy leaders from across the nation and from various industries will gather at PDR Headquarters to share thoughts, experiences, and research on best practices for creating and maintaining a high Return on People within an organization.

PDR is pleased to announce that Kate Lister, president of Global Workplace Analytics (GWA) will give the keynote address to the attendees. GWA is an organization that helps employers and communities create and communicate the people/planet/profit business case for strategies that promote workplace flexibility, agility, engagement, and well-being. Ms. Lister will share her knowledge and research on the future of work while exploring the question, “What’s your Workplace Strategy’s Return on People?”
