Since joining PDR in 2005, Amaury Rodriguez has demonstrated his ability to manage the critical construction documents and construction phases of projects for major clients such as Accenture, ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil in his role as Project Lead. Amaury’s leadership approach and high-level project delivery involvement have resulted in his promotion to Associate Principal at PDR. With over 16-years of experience in a broad range of project types — from aviation to office buildings — Amaury has become an integral part of PDR’s mission to deliver superior workplace interior solutions.
“Amaury combines exceptional communication skills and first-rate technical expertise and uses them to full advantage to deliver client success,” said Lauri Goodman Lampson, PDR President. “His focus on understanding and meeting client needs is very much a part of the PDR culture and he knows how to cultivate that attitude among team members. Clients, co-workers, contractors can count on Amaury.”
In his current role as Project Manager for the ExxonMobil campus, Amaury oversees the construction administration of the office interiors. “Working on the ExxonMobil campus for the last six years has been a remarkable personal opportunity,” said Amaury. “It’s a challenging project, yet even when the pressure is on, I know I have the support of a talented and dedicated team. Being part of an organization with such a healthy culture and strong leadership allows you to grow professionally. It’s my time to help others."
