Amaury Rodriguez  Associate Principal

“Sometimes we even make it harder on ourselves to ensure that our service to our client is complete, that they get everything they need.”

Throughout his 20-year career in Architecture, Amaury has collaborated on the design and construction of academic campuses, airports, workplace design and implementation for corporate interiors and corporate offices. His expertise in construction documentation and contract administration has resulted in a diversity of projects for clients like ExxonMobil, Accenture and ConocoPhillips.

Amaury specializes in the coordination and execution of each phase of construction, ensuring that a project is completed in an efficient and timely manner. His attention to detail, strong leadership, and organizational skills have allowed him to successfully take on the role of project manager and/or project architect for various “ground up” projects. “My job is to maintain order and organization, to serve as a link between our client and PDR Principals, making sure that everyone involved stays well-informed about the ongoing project,” he says.

Since 2005, Amaury has been helping PDR produce innovative, high-quality facilities as well as develop genuine relationships with each of our clients. “We genuinely want to know who our clients are and to understand their needs,” he says.

Among his professional accomplishments, Amaury served as the engineering discipline manager for the Continental Airlines Terminal E project at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. He also managed contract administration of four simultaneous Accenture- Texas Health and Human Services projects throughout the state of Texas. Amaury has been involved in the ExxonMobil Campus project for over 7 years and has worn many hats to meet the ever changing needs of the project. His latest roll on EMCP has been as Project Manager for the PDR Interior Architecture team responsible for the Workplace scope for 14 Office Buildings.

His dedication to clients and ability to build strong working relationships with his team and general contractors, have made Amaury an asset to any project.
